The Type 1 diabetes virtual self-Management Education and support Trial aims to test the effectiveness of an innovative model of “high frequency, low touch” care to improve glycemic and personal outcomes for people living with T1D

The T1ME Trial is comprised of three components to support T1D self-management changes: 1) Short, but frequent virtual appointments with diabetes health care providers 2) Automatic appointment reminders and goal setting prompts 3) A centralized virtual library which houses curated and vetted education and self-management resources for individuals living with T1D.
